Influential people are more likely to be heard and respected and can effect action and change more readily than others. In the principle of leadership, we will talk like; how you share your goal and purpose effectively to achieve the extraordinary achievement, lead your team, and open up new avenues of exploration for challenging status-quo.
In toastmasters activities, we can experience the exact same steps of the evolving process through being speech evaluator, facilitating modules, and operating clubs.

Learning How to Stretch Your Limits and Unlock Your Potential
Paul Malone, a finalist in this year’s District 76 International Speech Contest known for his heartfelt and thought-provoking stories, shares with us how a friend’s invitation to a Halloween-themed Toastmaster’s meeting started his journey with Toastmasters.
In addition to competing in contests and giving workshops, he has helped start four Toastmasters clubs, including Nakano and Tokyo Rainbow Toastmasters, as the skills he has learnt at Toastmasters helped create a “Can do” spirit in him and stretched his limits.
