Since 1995, West Tokyo Hamura Toastmasters Club has based in Hamura-city, Tokyo, JAPAN and has developed its members’ skill of Public Speaking in English by the scheme of strategic plan Toastmaser International(TI).
Regular meetings are held twice a month, 1st and 3rd Saturday from 13:00 to 15:30 online. (The venue is usually the public facility of Hamura-shi, such as Hamura Community Center or Yutorogi. )Members fee is reasonably low (2,400 JPY for administration + 13,00 JPY/month) and you can attend as a guest for free for 3 times.

Members gather mainly from the west areas of Tokyo. We are varied in ages, professions or backgrounds, however we have the same vision to be a confident speaker in public.
