Tokushima Toastmasters Club is the first club born in the Shikoku area. We will celebrate the 20th anniversary this year. Many different people, young and old, get together every 3rd Sunday, from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. and practice making speeches with enthusiasm and fun. Due to the spread of the COVID-19, currently, we have an online and a hybrid meeting alternately.

In 2018, 2019 and, 2020 for three years in a row, our club member won the national championship in the international speech contest. Good speeches move people’s hearts. We learn how to convey our thoughts to others through making speeches.

We run our regular meeting almost all in English. So by attending the monthly meeting, you can experience the world whose official language is English. If you feel you need more opportunities to use English, the Toastmasters club is the right place for you. Just listening to other members trying hard to speak English will motivate you to challenge yourself.

You can visit our regular meeting as a guest for free up to three times. Feel free to join us! We’ll be waiting for you with a big smile.
