The second communication and leadership awarding ceremony was held at the All Japan Fall Conference conducted by Toastmasters International District 76 (Japan) at Papillon 24 in Fukuoka on November 16, 2013.Dr. Hinohara, Chairman of Board of Trustees, St. Luke’s International Medical Center, received the 2013 Communication and Leadership Award, as put out the media release on November 7. The award presentation was conducted in Chairman’s room of St. Luke’s International Hospital at the end of October, and its video was shown in the ceremony of the Fall Conference.

This award is presented annually by Toastmasters International District 76 (Japan) to a Speaker and/or a Communicator in our society who is not a member of Toastmasters, but highly influential in the areas of communication and leadership.
