Dear Club Presidents,

Have you submitted the information of the open-house meeting of your club to the Area Director? If not, please do so as soon as you can.

Our district team is creating a complete list of the open-house meetings on the official website, and a PR campaign will begin very soon.

Although the list can be updated as needed, I strongly recommend your club to get registered early in order to maximize the impact of advertisements.

If your club is experiencing any difficulty in planning one, or contemplating to hold a joint meeting, please do not hesitate to seek assistance from your Area Director.

Although it’s not mandatory, I’d like to encourage all clubs to conduct Moments of Truth and submit it by 31st December, which is also one of criteria to achieve Excellent Quality Club Award (one submission / club).
