Ginza Toastmasters Club to be officially chartered

Toastmasters International, a non-profit organization, officially chartered the Ginza Toastmasters club (“Ginza TMC”) to learn public speaking, communication, and leadership skills. By the official charter of Ginza TMC, the total number of officially charted Toastmasters clubs in Japan is 194.

Ginza TMC, launched as an advanced club, is open to all Toastmasters who have Toastmasters International ID. Ginza TMC, therefore, provides a consistent and high-quality educational environment. One of the unique features of Ginza TMC is to get the opportunity to practice and workshop professional presentations. Ginza values workshop deliveries. We always have workshop sessions so that we can learn and train public speaking techniques and arts interactively with our skillful, experienced speakers.

Another Ginza TMC feature is our original program called “Song of the Day.” We literally sing together a chosen song at each monthly meeting. The more perfectly we enjoy, the more quickly you will obtain the best learning effect.

Ginza TMC President Yuko Honda and founder Takako Aoi said,
“Whatever your goals in life, your success basically depends on your ability to communicate well.
Everyone has something worthwhile to say, but many wish to overcome their fears or speak with more confidence.

At Ginza TMC, we practice a variety of techniques, which allow our members to cultivate their own style of speaking. Our mission is to flourish Ginza values by learning and sharing each other to enhance our skill. Making small changes to your voice or body gestures can massively improve the impact of what you say.

There are various roles to be filled at each meeting, and by volunteering for these, you will gain the best precious experience that cannot be available in normal life. This eventually lets you boost your own leadership skills and build up your own character to be trusted by everyone.

Ginza TMC, in this way, expands valuable activities that make you train your Servant Leadership ability by helping members around without any external pressure or obligation.

Ginza TMC meets at basically Kyobashi Plaza-Kuminkan on the 4th Sunday of each month at 14:00 and more information can be found at https://briocheslaboulange.wixsite.com/ginza.”
